The CPD20L2 is EP’s new premium forklift built from the ground up, designed to take advantage of the latest lithium-ion technology, providing powerful lifting performance and excellent operator comfort.
Included in this unit is a small but powerful 48V/360Ah LiFePo battery, developed by EP. The battery structure is a new design, based around a patented internal counterweight to increase legroom and operator comfort. On top of this, the truck allows for opportunity charging with charging from 0 to 7% in just 10 minutes. It’s designed to communicate via Can-Bus to provide telematics, ensuring efficient usage of the truck at all times.
The L2 forklift is the premiere solution for a range of warehouse operations, specialising in mid to large warehouses, docks, lorry loading & unloading and logistics. Connected to the Lithium-Ion battery are powerful 48V motors and premium hydraulics, with joystick control, the L2 presents itself as the perfect truck for long shifts and high levels of productivity. The small turning radius of just 1585mm affords the truck to operate in compact warehouses with less space needed for transfer aisles, allowing for more efficient storage space.
The L2 forklift is also the first Lithium-Ion forklift with a dual joystick control system, perfectly balancing usability, and performance. All the hydraulic functions are able to be controlled through these dual joysticks, which itself is embedded into the armrest in the truck, creating fewer vibrations and improved ergonomics for the operator.
Equipped with the widest legroom in the industry, the L2 forklift has unparallel ergonomics for a forklift in its class.
With all the controls centralised to the dual joystick operation, the truck is able to offer high productivity with attachments such as side-shift and fork positioner. The operator is able to continue working long shifts without discomfort or strain.
EHPS system is included with the L2 forklift, blending advantages from both EPS and HPS to make steering smoother than ever.
Equipped with the L2 forklift is a full colour display, not only showing the operator’s settings, but also maintenance and driving performance information, allowing the operator and owner to have a higher degree of situational awareness.
