EP’s main electric counter balance forklift truck is available in 1.5, 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5T configurations.
Branded as the world’s first real Li-Ion truck, the chassis is designed from the ground up, purely around the lithium-ion technology. Having the widest cabin space in the industry for a truck of this class, it excels in ergonomics for the operator.
The truck is water protected, allowing it to be used in the outdoors and in the rain. Ultimate flexibility is achieved in scenarios involving loading and unloading operations.
The lithium-ion battery replaces the traditional bulky lead-acid battery or the internal combustion engine, allowing EP to design this machine with ergonomics and performance as a priority.
Since the L1 Li-Ion forklift is designed to replace more traditional offerings with ICE powerplants, both the 3ton and the 3.5ton are IP54 protected. The unit is rated to work outside in the elements where as the traditional electric forklift trucks cannot.
With the chassis being designed from scratch, EP wasable to create a forklift with the largest legroom in the industry, in turn eliminating a key traditional ergonomic hindrance. This improves operator comfort, which is especially important for longer shifts.
The 20L1S comes equipped with all AC motors, giving the truck significantly higher performance compared to its rivals.
