- Minimum of 1 year experience as an engineer.
- Experience with material handling products or in a senior engineering role.
- Full UK driving license.
- Maintain knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and adhere to customer site protocols.
- Demonstrate understanding of LOLER regulations.
- Strong customer service skills to build rapport and address issues promptly.
- Ability to show initiative and support team members.
- Meet targets such as response time
